The philosophy

We created Shribyr to offer a real solution to your privacy concerns, not to collect your information and sell it to the highest bidder. Our goal is to get you away from companies that harvest your data, not become one.

What we collect on this website

Here's the full list. No fine print.

• Your email address: only if you subscribe or reserve. Stored on our self-hosted mailing list server. Used only to send you updates about the Shribyr Privacy Hub and your reservation. If you reserve, Stripe also receives it to process your deposit.
• Your first name: only if you reserve. Used to greet you and to match your reservation.
• Server logs: our web server automatically logs IP addresses, timestamps, and pages visited. This is standard for any web server. We don't analyze, sell, or share these logs. They exist for security and debugging only.
• Payment info: if you place a $50 reservation deposit, the payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. For extra privacy, you can use a virtual card from Privacy.com.
• Page-view counts: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site. It counts page views without cookies and without fingerprinting, and it stores no personal data.

What we don't collect

• No cookies: this site uses zero tracking cookies.
• No behavioral analytics: no Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no behavioral tracking. The cookieless page-view counts above are the only analytics on this site.
• No third-party trackers: no ad networks, no social media embeds, no fingerprinting.
• No data selling: we don't sell, share, or trade your information with anyone.

Your rights

Want your email removed? Unsubscribe from any email we send, or email info@shribyr.com and we'll delete it. No hoops, no retention periods, just gone.

Your $50 reservation deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your unit ships. Email info@shribyr.com and we refund it through Stripe.

California law requires us to tell you that you have the right to know what personal data we hold, request a copy, and request deletion. You're welcome to, but there isn't much to see. Your email address (if you subscribed or reserved), your first name (if you reserved), standard server logs, and your deposit record at Stripe (if you reserved). Page-view counts hold no personal data. That's the whole list.

Do Not Track

We treat every visitor the same, whatever your browser settings. What runs here is the short list on this page: cookieless page-view counts, plus a Cloudflare bot check that runs on every page.

Third-party services we use

Stripe: payment processing for $50 Founders reservations. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Cloudflare: serves this website, protects it from abuse (including a bot check that runs on every page), and provides the page-view counts. Cloudflare may log IPs for security purposes.

That's it. No other third-party services touch your connection to this site. Fonts are self-hosted, and there are no analytics or CDNs beyond Cloudflare. Just us and you.
